Three simple ways to find happiness..... now!

Posted by John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

YOU want happiness. And you want it right now. Which is perfectly understandable in today’s faster-than-fast, no-waiting world of immediate results.

We’ve come to expect that everything we desire will manifest almost instantaneously, from a cup of coffee to the man or woman of our dreams.

Author, speaker and transformational coach, Anil Gupta
Ironically enough, the one phenomenon we don’t seem able to control or produce on demand is human emotion... and ‘happiness’ in particular.

Just when everything seems to be going swimmingly and we’re feeling pretty damn good, something invariably comes along to upset the apple cart.

Of course, more often than not, that’s because of how we react to the event as we perceive it, rather than any external cause.

So is it is possible to find happiness whenever we want it... right NOW?

According to internationally-renowned author, speaker and transformational coach, Anil Gupta, it most certainly is.

And he explains exactly how in this fascinating video interview conducted by Mind Movies’ Natalie Ledwell.

Among the areas covered by Anil – who has website devoted to the subject at www.immediatehappiness.com – are:

* The importance of awareness
* The need to find the right focus
* What women look for in a relationship, and how men differ
* Three quick, yet very powerful, ways to achieve happiness

The video itself is just 15 minutes long and is well worth a look. Simply click on the link below to be taken to the original recording.

Set Yourself Free From Limiting Beliefs

By John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

ONE of the biggest and most daunting blocks to anyone’s success in life is their limiting beliefs; the kind of beliefs that most of us pick up, primarily in childhood.

It can be a belief that we’re lacking in some way, that we’re never destined to achieve success in a particular area, or, saddest of all, that we’re not worthy of love.

Life coach, author and spiritual teacher, Lloyd Burnett
It may be something outside of our personal qualities, like a belief that money is a bad thing, that other people can’t be trusted, or that big corporations are all evil.

Identifying, tackling and overcoming these beliefs, so that they no longer control our thoughts and behavior, can be a major challenge, even for the most resourceful of people.

And that’s why I wanted to share this video interview with US life coach, author and spiritual teacher, Lloyd Burnett – conducted by Mind Movies’ Natalie Ledwell.

In the recording, Lloyd talks openly about his own struggles with self-limiting beliefs and how he first realized the negative impact they were having on the success he hoped to achieve.

He also talks about the nature of those beliefs, where they come from, how they tend to manifest themselves in people’s lives and how they can skew your vision.

Better still he shares 3 simple steps we can all use to begin banishing those mental blocks once and for all... plus there’s a link to some free training at his own personal website.

The video itself is only 18 or so minutes long and well worth a look. So click on the link below now to be taken to the original recording:

Get active.... and finally achieve your goals

By John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

ONE of the most challenging aspects of goal achievement for many people is undoubtedly the step that involves taking action, where the proverbial ‘rubber’ hits the ‘road’.

The pity is that, as a result, wonderful plans and great ideas go no further than the fertile imaginations that conceived them, with so much creativity and enthusiasm.

Best-selling author, Pete Winiarski
Yet that needn’t be the case, as leading author, business consultant, speaker, results coach and transformational leader, Pete Winiarski, explains in the video you can access below.

Interviewed by Mind Movies co-founder, Natalie Ledwell, he talks with clarity, humor and simplicity about the need for and nature of action.

And with #1 international bestselling book, ‘Act Now! A Daily Action Log for Achieving Your Goals in 90 Days’ under his belt, Pete really should know what he’s talking about.

At around 16 minutes long, the video is easily digestible. But don’t be deceived – there’s some excellent information and advice here.

The Power of Visualization... and 6 Free Mind Movies

By John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

THERE can be no-one in the modern world who knows more about the Law of Attraction, its undeniable impact on our lives and its application than Bob Proctor.

After all, he's studied the subject for over 50 years, being mentored for a number of years by the legendary Earl Nightingale, and has used what he learned to achieve phenomenal success.

Bob and Natalie discuss the power of visualization
Bob's quest to help others do likewise has seen him pen some of the most influential books of their genre and appear in global hit movies such as 'The Secret', enabling him to pass on his wisdom to people around the world.

Two such people are Natalie and Glen Ledwell - the Australian entrpreneurs behind the 'Mind Movies' visualization software, which counts numerous personal development luminaries among its fans.

In the video you can access below, Natalie and Glen begin to tell their story of how they developed the software, along with their personal battles to harness the power of visualization.

This is no 'sob story', by the way, and one with which many success-driven people will surely identify. Which brings us back to Bob Proctor.

In the second half of the video, he talks to Natalie about the massive importance of visualization in shaping our lives. Among the subjects he covers are:

* Why so many of us fail to realize our dreams simply because we have the wrong focus
* How we're all 'co-creators' in the manifestation process
* Why knowing the 'How' is not important and why it will actually get you nowhere
* Why emotion is vital
* The influence of our personal paradigm and why it needs to be shifted if we want to make changes
* Why there are really no accidents or coincidences

It's fascinating stuff, while Bob reveals himself to be a staunch supporter of Mind Movies.

Better still, if you're not familiar with them yourself, there's a link to 6 pre-made Mind Movies, which are completely free to download.

They cover Wealth Abundance, Vibrant Health, Courage and Confidence, Loving and Appreciating Myself, Finding Inner Peace, and Attracting Friends and A Great Social Life.

The '123 of Manifestation'... and why you don't even need Number 3

By John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

AS anyone who's ever learned about the concept of manifestation, through the 'Law of Attraction', will know, it's a fairly simple, step-by-step process. At least in theory.

It may have been the hit movie, 'The Secret', a classic book such as Wallace D. Wattles', 'The Science of Getting Rich', or more recent publications like Joe Vitale's 'Attractor Factor'.

Author Ken Elliott, on 'The Inspiration Show'
Whatever your introduction, the steps are pretty much the same. Which they should be, given that the Law off Attraction is touted very much as a natural law, like any other.

So why is that so many people seem to have difficulty manifesting the 'life of their dreams', or even a slightly improved version of their current existence, given that it's apparently so straightforward?

Well, there are definitely a few answers in this refreshingly light and down-to-earth video interview, by Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell with author Ken Elliott.

The hook is Ken’s new book, 'Manifesting 123... and you don’t need #3', but there’s no big sales pitch for the publication, which will doubtless come as a relief to some!

Instead, he talks frankly and passionately about manifestation - offering some very practical examples and advice along the way - and covers one or two familiar subjects in a slightly 'left field' way.

They include:

* Why there's really no need to stress about manifesting
* Why you don't even have to believe in the Law of Attraction
* The destructive power of fear and worry... and how to counteract it
* One emotion that can turbo-charge your results
* How the good and the bad may both be manifested

And, of course, he explains what #3 is and why we actually don't need it!

It's well worth a look, especially at just 13 minutes or so in length.

Find Happiness Now - with author Jonathan Robinson

By John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

TO be honest, when I read the title of the video you can access below - 'Find Happiness Now' - I thought it was a little bit trite.

It reminded me of the many self-help books that are generally derided by the popular media as weak, new-age nonsense and a bit 'hippy-dippy'.
'Find Happiness Now'!
(pic courtesy findinghappiness.com)

But then I took the time to watch the recording - an interview by Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell - and I changed my mind.

She's speaking to best-selling author, Jonathan Robinson, whose latest book, 'Find Happiness Now', is all about, well... happiness!

And there's some very enjoyable and insightful stuff to be experienced here.

In the recording, Jonathan offers his own definition of happiness and explains what blocks so many people from feeling happiness.

Think of your own life and/or that of people you know and you'll probably have to admit that there's truth in this.

He also examines why feeling happiness is actually a skill that we adults need to learn and the idea that 'happiness comes from within'.

Better still, he offers three or four of the 50 techniques contained in his new book, each of which takes only minutes to do.

One of them actually involves using those 'darker moments' that we all experience in life, too.

Last but not least, he talks about interviewing the likes of the late Mother Teresa and Deepak Chopra for one of his books.

And he recounts a true pearl of wisdom given to him during a talk with the Dalai Lama.

It's only about 15 minutes long and well worth a look. Just click on the link below.

DON'T Turn Your Passions Into Your Career.

Posted by John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

AT first sight, the above seems to fly in the face of accepted wisdom, given that we're often told, as youngsters, to find something we love and devote ourselves to it.

But trying to turn whatever passion - or passions - you may discover in life into your career, your business or your profession doesn't always work out.

And there are apparently very good reasons why, as revealed by US writer and serial entrepreneur, Steve Olsher, in this revealing and often surprising 18-minute video interview.

Steve has been a businessman since his late teens, in areas as diverse as nightclubs, the catalogue industry and real estate.

For the past 5 years, he's also been helping other people to discover and monetize their own skills and life purpose, as outlined in his book, 'What Is Your "What"?'

As such, he's become something of a 'Reinvention Expert' and in the recording explains how this works to Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell.

Among the subjects he covers are:

* The 3 criteria that must be met if you're to turn an interest into a career or business

* How the application of your gifts and the talents you develop can change over time

* The 3 steps you need to take to discover what you REALLY ought to be doing - one being OK, but all 3 best

The advice he offers is practical, sensible and totally down-to-earth. There's even a link for you to get a free copy of his book. Just click on the link below to go to the original recording:

IF there's one person who could confidently place herself at the forefront of the personal development world, it's best-selling author and star of movies, 'The Secret' and 'The Keeper of the Keys', Marci Shimoff.

In this video interview with Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell, Marci talks with characteristic enthusiasm about her own personal development and the growth of the industry in general.

Eliminating Doubt - with Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell

Posted by John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

WHENEVER you're working towards a particular goal, it's all too easy to feel like you're completely alone. That there's no-one in the world who can fully appreciate what you're going through.

And when you start to feel his way, doubts of all kinds can creep in, which, if left unchecked, can ultimately lead to you abandoning the objective that once seemed so tangible and real.

Banish those doubts with Natalie Ledwell
At first, you're relieved that the pressure's off and you soon begin to give yourself every reason under the sun why you were right to shelve your plan, scheme or goal.

Then comes the inevitable sense of failure, and maybe even a touch of self-loathing that you 'gave up' so easily. Yet it all started with one tiny little smidgeon of doubt.

If this sounds at all familiar, take a look at the six-minute video you can access below, featuring Natalie Ledwell of Mind Movies fame.

Not only will she reassure you about those negative thoughts you inevitably experience from time to time, she also reveals the number one thing you can do to eliminate doubt from your life.

Just to inspire you further, she also offers a host of examples of great people who've experienced more than their fair share of disappointment, but STILL came out on top.

For example, did you know that:

* Film director Steven Speilberg dropped out of school after being place in a learning disability class in junior high?

* Henry Ford had two failed car companies before he revolutionised the industry with his 'Assembly Line'?

* Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper job, because he had 'no original ideas' and 'lacked imagination'?

* Michael Jordan was once cut from a basketball team?

If you (or someone you know) could use a quick 'pep-talk', this video is the perfect remedy. Take a look. Just click on the link below:

Dare To Dream – with Debbi Dachinger

Posted by John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

IF there's one quality that encourages you to listen to a speaker on a particular subject, it's enthusiasm.

And one person who has it in abundance is best-selling author, goal-achievement expert and radio show host, Debbi Dachinger.

I have to admit that I hadn't previously come across any of the books penned by Debbi, whose show is entitled, 'Dare To Dream'.

But she has some wonderful insights to share regarding goal-setting and achieving, the Law of Attraction, and so on.

In this very lively video interview with Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell, she talks with real passion about these and other subjects.

Notably, she gives some invaluable advice on dealing with fear, fear of failure and truly harnessing your own personal power.

5 Steps To Align With Your Purpose – with Aline Boundy

Posted by John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

IT'S a sad fact that many people resign themselves to a life that's less than fulfilling and a job or career that they don't really enjoy.

And given the general consensus of opinion that work is meant to 'be a drudge', you can see why.

Little wonder, then, that the attitude tends to be one of, "I'd love to (fill in the blank), but I'm too old/not clever enough/not rich enough..." and so on.

One woman who did manage to break out of this mindset, however, is UK-based professional trainer and life coach, Aline Boundy.

A school teacher for over 30 years and a very busy parent, well-used to putting others before herself, Aline now heads up a hugely successful Telesummit Series.

This series helps others to do exactly what she did, with the help of some very eminent speakers and specialists within the personal development industry.

One such person is Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell, who interviews Aline in the video you can access below about her '5 Steps To Align With Your Purpose'.

They're simple, logical and very insightful. Best of all, she leaves nothing out. Take a look by clicking on the link below:

How To Get Over Your Frustration With The Law of Attraction

By Natalie Ledwell

HAVE you ever felt frustrated with the LOA? If your answer is yes, you're not alone.

Many people understand the basics of the LOA, but when it comes to actually applying the mechanics of it to manifest your desires, this can be a little trickier than some folks realize - and I've experienced this myself!
Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell

So to help you apply the LOA to see consistent results in your life, I'd like to share with you my 7 Steps to Applying the LOA:

1. Always start from what I call a "Happy Place". People often overlook this one. You must always make sure you're in a "feel good" positive vibration before you ever even think about setting an intention or goals, so that the goals you set will be infused with the same positive energy.

One way to immediately increase your vibration is to think of one thing that you're grateful for in your life right now, no matter how big or small. Do this and you'll be surprised how quickly your energy will shift towards the positive!

2. Set a clear intention to enlist the help of the Universe. Write down your intention and repeat it each day WITH CONVICTION so you signal the Universe that you're ready to receive the help and guidance you need to make your intention a reality.

3. Create a clear, measurable goal. Get clear on exactly what you want. If you want to make more money, exactly how much do you want to make? If you want to attract the relationship of your dreams, what qualities or characteristics does this person possess? Get clear on what you want so that the Universe will know what to send your way... and when you receive it, you'll be able to recognize it!

4. Create powerful affirmations that support your goals. Create affirmations that describe what life would be like once you achieve your goal. Ideally they should also detail the thoughts you'll be thinking and the actions you'll be taking to move closer to your goals. Keep them short and powerful, make sure you use positive, present tense language, and say them aloud daily for maximum results!

5. Visualize with emotion daily. Take even just a few minutes each day to visualize what it is you want to manifest. The most potent time of the day to do this is the last 5 minutes before falling asleep! Also, when you are visualizing, make sure you're really allowing yourself to fully feel all of the emotions you'll experience once you've manifested the object of your desire. This significantly multiplies your manifesting abilities!

6. Take consistent action, big or small, in the direction of your goals. The Universe rewards action! So each day, aim to take one action that will create some forward momentum towards what it is you want to achieve - and you'll be opening the door for the Universe to send even more light bulb ideas, "chance" meetings and other unexpected opportunities your way.

7. Expect wonderful! Once you've followed all of the 6 steps above, your final step is to expect the abundance of the Universe to flow in your direction. Keep your eyes open for the people, opportunities and resources the Universe will send into your path, and be ready to reach out and grab them when they do!

Breaking the Habit of "Being Yourself" with Dr Joe Dispenza

Posted by John Lee, with thanks to the Mind Movies team

'What the Bleep..?'' star Dr Joe Dispenza
HOW do we create the life we want? It's a question many have found vexing, especially those who've attempted to harness the power of the 'Law of Attraction', with varying results.

They've followed the formula, they've set sensible goals, they've created their affirmations and they've used them religiously. Yet the results they desire remain sadly elusive.

The logical reaction is to doubt the 'Law', which, after all, seems to have little basis in scientific fact. Or does it?

Well, biochemist and neuroscientist Dr Joe Dispenza - one of a number of eminent scientists featured in the movie, 'What the Bleep Do We Know!?' - certainly feels that it does.

And in this excellent video interview with Natalie Ledwell, he explains how our thoughts, feelings and emotions genuinely create our outer reality. Among the subjects he discusses are:

* Why your biology is a reflection of your mind and your consciousness

* The importance of clear intention and elevated emotion, and how this can literally alter the nature of matter

* The mind/body connection and how this can create a cycle of unhelpful habit

* Why 'positive thinking' about the future is useless if you don't first deal with past negativity

* Why it's vital that you break your past behaviors and thoughts, and step into 'the river of change'

Best of all, he explains exactly how you can turn your life around - permanently - and the huge satisfaction to be gained from doing so

It is fascinating stuff and a must for anyone who genuinely wants to make changes in their life.

The #1 Fastest Way to Eliminate Self-Doubt

By Natalie Ledwell

You CAN eliminate self-doubt
JACK Canfield, Bob Proctor, Joe Vitale, John Assaraf...

Since 2011, I've had the privilege of interviewing some of the most inspiring personal growth gurus in the world on my weekly web series, The Inspiration Show…

And one thing I can tell you for sure is that, just like you and me, they ALL have moments where they struggle with self-doubt and negative self-talk.

The fact is that there isn't a single person on earth who hasn't experienced doubt when striving for a specific goal.

As human beings, we all come wired with that little voice in our heads that evaluates what's going on around us and gives us a play-by-play of what we should do or say next…

And this "self talk" can either be your greatest ally, or it can be your biggest enemy.

Much of your self talk is reasonable: 'I better slow down or I'll get a  speeding ticket' or 'I'm really looking forward to having dinner with my friends tonight.'

But let's face it - your self talk can also be pretty negative and defeating, like 'I really don't think I can do it' or 'I don't know why I even bother.'

I'm a firm believer that the quality of your life depends on the quality of the conversations you have with yourself about what's going on around you…

So that said, the fastest way to experience more fun, happiness, love and joy TODAY is to start noticing what it is that you're saying to yourself.

Is your self talk mostly positive? Or negative?

Once you start tuning in to what your inner voice is saying, your next step is to shift it towards the positive as much as you can.

If you'd like to know how to do this, I recommend you watch this short 6-minute episode on how to eliminate your self-doubt - and it's actually a lot faster and easier than you may realize!

To your abundantly fulfilling life,

Natalie Ledwell

Why hard work is NOT the secret to success

By John Lee

IMAGINE putting your life on the line every working day. Being hundreds of miles out to sea, where, if your fishing vessel runs into trouble, you only have yourself and your crew-mates to rely on.

Of course, people have done this for hundreds of years. Their level of courage is hard to appreciate for most of us, who lead a much more cosseted existence. But not for men such as Kevin Thompson.

Now the head coach of the hugely successful online training program, ‘Automatic Income’, which helps entrepreneurs to leverage the power of the internet, he once worked the fishing boats off Alaska.
Put your life on the line every working day?
If you’ve ever seen the movie, ‘The Perfect Storm’, with George Clooney and Mark Wahlberg, or the TV series, ‘Deadliest Catch’, you’ll have some idea of the considerable dangers these vessels and their crews face.

There can be few more treacherous occupations anywhere in the world and Kevin ultimately realised that – contrary to what he’d always been told by his military man father – ‘hard work is’ NOT ‘the secret to success’.

In this latest episode of the Inspiration Show, hosted by Natalie Ledwell, Kevin tells his story in full and how he broke out of what was ultimately a ‘limiting belief’ about what he had to do to achieve in life what he truly wanted.

Mike Dooley on The Inspiration Show

By John Lee

I've been a big fan of Mike Dooley ever since I first saw him in the hit personal development movie, 'The Secret' - I think because he's so down-to-earth and 'non-Hollywood' in his approach.

So when I heard he was appearing with Natalie Ledwell on 'The Inspiration Show', courtesy of Mind Movies (of which I'm also a real convert!) I had to take a look.
Mike Dooley of 'The Secret'

And the interview certainly doesn't disappoint. He talks a little about his own background and how he came to be involved in 'personal development' and 'The Secret'.

There are also details of his 'Notes from the Universe' service (www.tut.com), which delivers inspirational messages to those who subscribe, and some practical advice on manifesting what you want in your life.

Can the Mind Really Heal the Body?

Truly inspiring - Betty Iams
With John Lee introducing Betty Iams

Imagine being diagnosed with an ‘incurable’ and ‘untreatable’ illness. One that is expected to leave you reliant on a wheelchair to get around in a relatively short period of time.

In such circumstances, most of us would understandably accept the devastating prognosis given to us by the medical professionals around us.

But not Betty Iams who, at the age of just 58, was told the sad news that she – like her mother before her – had developed primary progressive Multiple Sclerosis.

She took responsibility for her life, her health and her condition, and made what can only be described as a miraculous recovery.

Now, 18 years on, she helps others to achieve great things in their own lives, as she explains in this marvellous video interview with Mind Movies’ Natalie Ledwell.

Check it out through the link below…

http://tiny.cc/BIams
