Steps To Getting ANYTHING You Want

By Nick James

YOU’VE heard of the Law of Attraction.

If you’re like most marketers, you’ve also poo-poo’d the Law of Attraction, too.

After all, it’s just new age hocus pocus malarkey, right?

You can’t sit on your duff and attract a new television to yourself.

Visualize, Visualize, VISUALIZE!
(Well, actually you can, with the help of your credit card, Amazon and the mail delivery system, but that’s not what we’re talking about, is it?)

I’m going to prove to you that the Law of Attraction is indeed very real.

And I’m going to do it by simply having YOU prove it to YOURSELF once and for all.

Are you ready?

The first thing to know is that the universe is already delivering to you exactly what you’ve asked for.

Imagine a line of self-driving delivery trucks coming down your street. These trucks cannot be stopped – they will make their deliveries to you whether you want them to or not.

And these trucks will never stop coming, either, for as long as you are alive.

What you can change, however, is WHAT they deliver to you.

If your thoughts are on your lack of sales, lack of subscribers, lack of JV partners, lack of affiliates, your website crashing and so forth – that’s exactly what you’ll experience.

However, if you think of all the new subscribers you’re attracting through your marketing methods, how well your website is converting thanks to your testing, how easily you attract affiliates and JVs – then that’s what you’ll get.

“But I already do think about the things I want!”

I agree, you do. But maybe not as much as you think about the things you DON’T want.

And it’s actually a bit more complicated than that, too.

You see, if you only think consciously about what you want, but you don’t program your sub-conscious mind as well, then you still won’t get what you ordered from those trucks rolling down your street.

This is where it gets confusing, doesn’t it?

What is the subconscious? And how do you program it to work with you, instead of fighting what you want?

You might think of your conscious mind as the part of the iceberg that’s above water – the part you’re familiar with.

The subconscious mind is the much larger portion of the iceberg that’s beneath the surface – and also the part that reacts to currents and ‘steers’ the iceberg in the direction it winds up going.

The trick is to program the subconscious mind to take you where you want to go, and to bring into your life the things and people you want in your life.

Program your subconscious correctly, and everything is easier.

Program it incorrectly, and you feel like you are continuously attempting to swim upstream against a diabolically strong current that inevitably prevents you from getting where you want to go.

It’s important to note here that your subconscious mind is already being programmed all the time – by your thoughts, the media, movies and television, advertising, your friends and family and so forth.

Isn’t it about time YOU took charge of your own programming to get the success you seek in online marketing and every other aspect of your life?

Here’s how:

Step 1: Write down exactly what you want, in full detail.

Instead of writing, “I want more affiliates,” write, “I want 20 active affiliates who sell a total of 1,000 copies of my program in the next 60 days.”

Step 2: Visualize yourself already having obtained what you desire.

This is fun and something you should do several times a day or more.

Play full-color movies in your head of yourself already having attained your desire.

Your subconscious doesn’t know the difference between what it sees in your imagination and what it sees in the real world.

That’s why when it keeps seeing movies of you having 20 active affiliates and selling 1,000 copies of your program in 60 days, it will think this is reality and work to make it happen.

Step 3: Don’t watch or listen to anything – real or imagined – that contradicts your new belief.

If you want to sell 1,000 copies of your program, but you watch a TV series where the main character is always failing at everything he tries, this is going to sabotage your efforts.

Be very careful what you watch, read and listen to. Consider going on a complete news fast, refusing to watch or read anything negative for the next 30 days.

You might be surprised at how much more positive you feel, and how much easier it is to attain goals.

That’s because you’re removing negative influences on your programming, which allows the positive influences to have their way.

Step 4: Make your own mantra or affirmation summarizing your goal.

This affirmation is going to imply you already have the outcome you seek.

Start the affirmation with either, “I have...” or “I am...”.

In the case of our example, your affirmation might be, “I have 20 active affiliates who easily sell 1,000 copies of my program in 60 days.”

Make sure your affirmation is in the present tense or else your subconscious won’t understand it.
Also, don’t use a negative word, because your subconscious won’t hear it.

For example, if you say, “I do not get refund requests,” your subconscious will hear, “I do get refund requests” and it will go to work to make sure you get plenty of refund requests. Ouch.

Step 5: Create reminders.

Set a timer on your phone that goes off periodically throughout the day to remind you to say your affirmation and play your movie in your head.

See yourself already in possession of what you seek.

Step 6: Do affirmations.

OK, if you’re squirming right now and saying, “I don't want to!” then I understand.

You probably tried affirmations in the past and found it too boring to continue.

Here’s how to make it simple for yourself: Write out a list of affirmations that support your desired goal.

Record yourself saying these affirmations and loop it 3 to 5 times to repeat those affirmations. Then play this recording several times per day as you do other things.

Hint: It’s especially useful to play it as you’re falling asleep.

Step 7: Time to kick things up a notch.

You’re going to speak as though you have already attained your goal.

Yes, I mean speak to others. If that sounds a little too crazy right now, then practice speaking it out loud to yourself. Then, when you’re ready, talk to friends, family, etc.

For example, in our 20 affiliates – 1,000 sales example, you’ll be saying things like, “I’ve got 20 new active affiliates who are promoting my new program like crazy.

In fact, I’ve already made 1,000 sales!”

“Wait! Isn’t this lying?!”

Think of it as time traveling. When you do reach this goal, you will be saying these things for real. You’re just saying them a little early, that’s all.

Now, I know you’re going to try to skip this step. Don’t. Speaking things into existence is powerful.

After all, don’t gods speak entire worlds into existence? If they can do that, you can speak your goals into being as well.

Now then, once you’re doing these 7 steps, just keep doing them until you reach your goal. Then repeat the entire process.

I suggest you start with a small goal that can be achieved fairly quickly and work your way up to larger goals.

Realize, of course, that you will HAVE TO DO STUFF along the way to make your goals happen.

But here’s the magic – by using this system, things will be a lot easier. The people you need will appear when you need them.

Things that need to fall into place for you will fall into place. It feels a lot like magic, but it’s not. It’s simply a matter of energy and focus.

You are focusing your energy to send out a call into the world for what you need, and the world cannot help but answer.

Remember that long line of trucks making deliveries to your home? Now you can determine what gets delivered (and what doesn’t.)

So what have you got to lose? And more importantly, fellow online marketer, what have you got to gain?

The world needs what you have to offer. And by using this system you’ll be able to help all kinds of people while simultaneously getting everything you want, too.

Truly a win-win for everyone involved.

Stop Using These Affirmations Right Now – with Jack Canfield

Posted by John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

IT’S no secret that the internal dialogue we all have running throughout our waking hours has a decisive effect on our lives.

This is especially true of those thoughts and phrases we tell ourselves over and over and over again.

Author, speaker and success coach, Jack Canfield
So we keep repeating in our minds that we’re clumsy, for example, that we’re useless at a particular task, or that we’re never going to attain a certain desire.

Equally, we might see ourselves as lucky, skilled in a favourite pursuit or even destined for greatness.

In either situation, the end result tends to materialize, if we put enough strength and emotion into our thoughts, coupled with repetition.

Unfortunately, the rushed, hectic and pressured nature of everyday life can cloud the issue, with many people leaning towards the negative.

Which is a perfect reason to check out the video below, with Jack Canfield – author, speaker and star of movies, ‘The Secret’ and ‘The Keeper Of The Keys’ (http://tiny.cc/keeperofkeys).

Among the subjects he covers are:

* The Law of Attraction – How it works and the effects it has on our lives
* Four common affirmations that we should all stop using... NOW
* How to rework what you habitually say to yourself, to change it from negative to positive

The video’s only a few minutes long, but well worth a look. Simply click on the link below to be taken to the original recording:

Why Ignorance Is Bliss (Or Can Be)

By Laura Gevanter

MY college friend Ron and I used to say, "It's not easy being us". We were (still are) cerebral, analytical and very self-aware.

We would spend way too much time going over "why" this happened and what it all meant. We were exhausted. We used to joke how much easier life was for people who were "simple".

Pic courtesy of galleryhip.com
They didn't know what they were missing, after all.

How easy it would be to go through life not second-guessing or allowing the committee in our heads to consume hours at a time trying to make a decision.

We envisioned them sitting around a boardroom where each member represented different aspects of an argument as to whether we should do something or not. It was funny, but only to a point.

Of course, that was long before I became aware of the Law of Attraction and exactly what we were doing, albeit unconsciously.

We were not relying on what felt right to us, but what we could reason was the best decision. Life seemed harder then. If we just had simple minds, life would be easy. Or, if we just knew less.

"Lack of knowledge results in happiness" - Wikipedia definition under "ignorance is bliss"

I often wonder what life would be like if we had limited access to the information that comes into our daily lives.

Imagine if we completely stopped watching or reading the news, as many of us have.

Does it really matter to us what is happening on Wall Street if we set our own intentions for our successful business?

We would not entertain thoughts that customers or clients wouldn't show up because they were fearful about spending money.

We believe that prosperity and abundance is all around us so of course they could afford us!

It is not only how this information affects us consciously (we watch violence on the news and think the world is a dangerous place) but even more significant is how it affects us unconsciously.

We take in all these images that we don't desire in our experience and yet we are constantly imprinting them in our minds.

Our brains cannot distinguish whether something is real (you are actually witnessing this happening) or it is created in a movie with stunts.

These images cause an internal reaction, which in turn creates a vibration of fear, lack or scarcity. We then begin to notice more and more of it as now it has been activated.

This is why it's so important to consciously choose what we allow our senses to be exposed to.

Daily doses of news, watching the crumbling financial markets, images of polluted waters or acts of violence do not serve us in any way.

"Usually, once the whole truth is revealed, you realize you were happier being clueless." - Urban Dictionary

Let's take it one step further and go out on a limb. A person goes to a doctor for a check-up and the doctor finds something he doesn't like and wants tests done.

Might be cancer. The results come back and they are not good. The doctor tells you at best you have 6-9 months to live.

Panic sets in and all you can focus on is this deadly time bomb growing in your body.

I've imagined what the world would be like with LOA savvy doctors.

Instead of getting the ‘I-don't-like-the-looks-of-this’ response upon reviewing a spot on an x-ray and then ordering more tests only to give you the news that you have an expiration date in the not-too-distant future, it sounds more like this:

"I see something, but it's no big deal. Nothing to worry about. I want to give you some suggestions to maximize your health."

I wonder to what extent the recovery rate would climb of so-called incurable illnesses would be?

I understand all about ethics, morals and the responsibility of doctors, so I am not suggesting health care professionals lie to their patients.

But it's interesting to explore what might happen if we were told that we are in overall good health and just as a precaution they would like us to do some things to maximize our health?

"My doctors told me I would never walk again. My mother told me I would. I believed my mother." - Wilma Rudolph 1940-1994, Olympic gold medalist

As deliberate creators we know that what we give our focus and attention to gets bigger and we attract more of that into our experience.

By focusing on a diagnosis of illness we are not giving our attention to wellness.

What also comes into play here is all of the years of accumulated information and knowledge that we have received since childhood that is embedded into our subconscious.

Many times these become our default thoughts.

For example, if someone was raised to believe that money is hard to get and even harder to hold onto, following the stock market or reading the woes in the Financial Times is going to give them evidence to support those beliefs.

The vibration of "money is scarce" has been activated and will be in your experience. The physical world is a wonderful (and accurate) reflection of our inner vibration.

If we are experiencing or creating financial abundance in our lives, any information to the contrary will not support us.

It may bring up feelings of doubt and fear and will surely kink up that easy financial flow vibe.

Information serves us if it's in alignment with what we desire. Having more knowledge does not always make a decision easier as it still comes down to what feels best.

We can read up on all the latest dietary and health trends.

But will finding out that our favorite food is "bad" for us really help us if it is something that brings us pleasure when overall we practice self-love and take care of our bodies?

We know we have control over what we experience in our lives, but would our job be easier if we were more selective about the information we allowed into our consciousness?

We are a nation of information junkies with the underlying thought that more is always better. But does this always serve us?

There is something to be said for letting our imagination give us all the information we need to create the life we want. Ignorance can, in fact, be bliss.

The '123 of Manifestation'... and why you don't even need Number 3

By John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

AS anyone who's ever learned about the concept of manifestation, through the 'Law of Attraction', will know, it's a fairly simple, step-by-step process. At least in theory.

It may have been the hit movie, 'The Secret', a classic book such as Wallace D. Wattles', 'The Science of Getting Rich', or more recent publications like Joe Vitale's 'Attractor Factor'.

Author Ken Elliott, on 'The Inspiration Show'
Whatever your introduction, the steps are pretty much the same. Which they should be, given that the Law off Attraction is touted very much as a natural law, like any other.

So why is that so many people seem to have difficulty manifesting the 'life of their dreams', or even a slightly improved version of their current existence, given that it's apparently so straightforward?

Well, there are definitely a few answers in this refreshingly light and down-to-earth video interview, by Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell with author Ken Elliott.

The hook is Ken’s new book, 'Manifesting 123... and you don’t need #3', but there’s no big sales pitch for the publication, which will doubtless come as a relief to some!

Instead, he talks frankly and passionately about manifestation - offering some very practical examples and advice along the way - and covers one or two familiar subjects in a slightly 'left field' way.

They include:

* Why there's really no need to stress about manifesting
* Why you don't even have to believe in the Law of Attraction
* The destructive power of fear and worry... and how to counteract it
* One emotion that can turbo-charge your results
* How the good and the bad may both be manifested

And, of course, he explains what #3 is and why we actually don't need it!

It's well worth a look, especially at just 13 minutes or so in length.

How to Use Visioning If You’re Not That Visual

By Emma Gwillim

WHAT you see is what you get.  Focus on the image of the thing you most want to create in your life and it will become manifest – so we've been told.  But what if you're just not that visual?

It's estimated that around two-thirds of the population have a visual representation system – the brain's preferred way of processing information.

How 'visual' are you?
But what if you're in the minority? What do you get when you just can't see it? One quick Google will give you reams of evidence of how effective visualization can be.

Elite sports people have used the trick of 'mental rehearsal' for decades, seeing themselves scoring the goal, hitting the hole in one, getting the last-minute, game-winning touchdown.

'The Secret' popularized using the 'Law of Attraction', imagining a goal achieved in vivid imagery, to manifest it into reality. Carefully curated vision boards are championed.

Why is it so effective? Giving your brain a clear picture – a destination if you will – of where you want to get to, activates the creative part that is a solution-finder, keen to obey.

It also makes sure your brain filters the right information to keep you on the fast-track to your goal, weeding out anything irrelevant.

And it gives you the motivation and encouragement needed to keep going.

So, now we're sold on the power of visualization, how can you apply these principles if seeing the end result isn't coming easily?  Here are five tips:

1. Have faith: Do what you can. While visual imagery may not be your brain's preferred mode of operation, focus on what you can see.

Don't load pressure on yourself to see the complete picture, just notice what does come up for you.

2. Take a dive: If you can't see the full picture of your goal achieved, ask yourself what proof or evidence would you need to know you've achieved your goal.

For example, if it's generating a certain income, it might be that a bank statement would be the proof you need.

Or, if you're aiming to be a certain weight, it might be that seeing the dial on the bathroom scales is your evidence.

Dive into a specific scenario in your ideal reality and take a snapshot that you can use as your 'vision' rather than feeling stressed that you can't see the bigger picture.

3. Use your senses: To follow the Law of Attraction principles is to act as if you've already achieved the goal it is you're seeking.

Visualizing aside, use your senses to play out in your imagination what you would be feeling, what you'd hear, what you'd smell, taste, think if you were already living out your dream.

Amplify the sounds and really embrace the feelings that come up as you focus on your goal.

4. Break it down: Envisioning a big goal may feel a little unnatural for some when it seems a far cry from their current reality.

If you're a more logical thinker you may want to break down your goal into smaller steps, while keeping the big goal in mind.

What steps would it take to get you where you want to go?  Practice focusing on, and visualizing, a smaller milestone on the path to your goal.

5. Play to your strengths: Focus on what works for you. If you're a natural writer, write out your goal achieved in the most creative, compelling language you can muster.

If you prefer to listen, record yourself describing your goal achieved and play it back to yourself.

Draw up a plan or leave little reminders or affirmations around your home. Know what works for you and use it to your advantage.

Five Tips For Getting Unstuck and Start Living Your Life on Purpose

Guest post by Lauren A Ebbecke

I have been fortunate in my life to have gone to college and have gotten several interesting jobs that have helped me to grow as a person. I began at the age of 16 as a waitress in the local café where my training began on customer service.

Yep, you got it... it was not the easy way to learn that skill! However, after going to college my jobs were far more fun and interesting.

I taught in a private all-girls' school. I was a naturalist for the Audubon Society and taught people about the natural history in Massachusetts.

I was a program director at a 4-H environmental camp for kids aged 4 to 18. Then I became an executive director of a similar camp.

I thought I had made it to my dream job. Then, as the politics got tougher and I realized I was more of a people person, I switched to public school teaching.

It paid more money, had great benefits and I was a role model for young adults once again. Again, I thought that this was my dream job. For 13 years it was great and then I hit the mental plateau!

You see, most people are not aware that they are stuck in a rut until they are in deep. That is because we all follow our default settings or repetitive patterns on autopilot. We begin to ask questions like, "Is this as good as it gets?"

By the way, everyone has been stuck at some point in their life, especially if you are over 40! You can be stuck in a job, stuck in a relationship, stuck in your business, stuck in your fitness routine or day-to-day activities.

But why are you stuck? You are stuck because you are not aware of your default settings. You might be stuck because you don't want to change and you like your comfort zone.

That's why people stay in bad relationships, bad jobs and bad habits.

So, once you are aware you are stuck (and you are aware since you are reading this article), then here are five tips to getting unstuck and start living your life on purpose.

Tip 1: Change one thing

Albert Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. This means that you are deeply engulfed in repetitive bad habits or what I call your 'default settings'.

So, start by taking baby steps and change just one thing. Perhaps you want to walk every day for 15 minutes. You can make time for you, even if it is 10 minutes a day.

If you always come home after work and watch TV, try taking a walk or reading an inspirational book.

If you always eat lunch with your co-workers, go for a walk at lunch time twice a week. Other things you could do include scheduling a massage, taking a hot bath, doing yoga or anything else to invest in you.

Remember, just change one thing to start your journey to a life of purpose and passion.

Tip 2: Live in the 'Now'

Have you ever driven somewhere but didn't know how you got there? Many times you get lost in your thoughts and go on autopilot.

Tomorrow when you drive to work, instead of going on autopilot, notice five new things along the way. It takes energy to be in the moment but the good news is that it creates energy too!

Tip 3: Think of a time in your life when you were successful and happy

How did you feel? See if you can recreate those feelings by remembering one or two things that contributed to that success.

Chances are you were not in your 'default settings'.

You took a chance, a risk, and guess what? You were happy and successful. You might not be able to create the entire situation, but remember as much as you can and what it felt like to be successful.

Tip 4: 'Attention Goes Where Energy Flows'

Quantum physicists state that everything is energy. My coach Christine Kane says that, "Energy Flows where Attention Goes".

It is the Law of Attraction. Remember, "Like Attracts Like". What you focus on expands.

Whenever you catch yourself in moments of lack thoughts - such as, "I don't have enough", "I am not good enough", "I am not smart enough" - then shift your attention to what you DO want.

A baby step to get to that point is, "Wouldn't it be nice if I had a new car?" Or, "Wouldn't it be nice if my husband cooked dinner tonight?" Or maybe, "Wouldn't it be nice if the kids got along tonight?"

Focus on more of what you want in your life instead of what you don't want.

Tip 5: Write a powerful intention

Research shows that by writing something down, the actual motion of your hand engages your brain in deeper learning. Your voice is also very powerful, so reading out loud will engage your brain as well.

This will help you focus on positive things for your life. An intention is defined by Wayne Dyer as a field of energy that you can access to begin co-creating your life with the power of intention.

Most of us say things like, "I am feeling insane for quitting a great job with benefits to start a business. Please help me not to be a failure".

This is not strong and does not serve our intention to attract positive things.

A more powerful intention would be, "I intend success and prosperity as I begin a new exciting path in my life".

This puts you in a mindset to see more opportunities and take action steps to a more successful life.

So, when you realize you are stuck in a rut, don't look outside yourself for the answer. It starts with you. Follow these five steps and you will be amazed at what happens.

Dare To Dream – with Debbi Dachinger

Posted by John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

IF there's one quality that encourages you to listen to a speaker on a particular subject, it's enthusiasm.

And one person who has it in abundance is best-selling author, goal-achievement expert and radio show host, Debbi Dachinger.

I have to admit that I hadn't previously come across any of the books penned by Debbi, whose show is entitled, 'Dare To Dream'.

But she has some wonderful insights to share regarding goal-setting and achieving, the Law of Attraction, and so on.

What Is Conscious Creation?

By Patricia A Craig

CONSCIOUS creation – also known as the Law of Attraction – is the belief that each of us creates our own reality.

These two metaphysical terms are defined similarly and are often interchanged with the scientific term, Quantum Physics.

The principles of Conscious Creation/Law of Attraction suggest that what you focus on consistently with great emotion and with the most dominant belief is actually what manifests in your life.

In simple terms, ‘Thoughts become things’.

Quantum physics is the branch of physics which provides us with the description of the dual particle-like and wave-like behavior and interaction of matter and energy.

In simpler terms, in comparison to the definition of Law of Attraction, thoughts are energy. The energy of our thoughts combines with emotion and dominant belief.

This combination affects what is attracted to us and determines what manifests into our lives. Our thoughts do create things. We are the creator of our lives.

What we need to keep in mind here is that everything is energy, including our thoughts. We also need to keep in mind that there is a huge mis-perception that anything with form is a solid mass.

If we were to put any physical item under a high-powered microscope and view it, we would see that, actually, the mass is not a solid at all. Solid form is an optical illusion.

What is really occurring is that atoms are vibrating and slamming into one another, creating the illusion of a solid mass.

To help you to understand the Law of Attraction theory a little better, I would like to use how an echo functions as an example.

We know that an echo imitates a sound or a wave and then returns the sound or wave back to its original source.

Your thoughts are energy. When you consistently focus your thoughts, they travel outward like an echo into the Quantum field of the Universe.

Once the Universe receives the wave of thought signal, it returns the signal back to its original source in the form of a physical manifestation.

If you are confused about what it is exactly I am saying to you, I will try to clear it up with a true story:

I always cut out and/or collect pictures of people, places, things or experiences I desire. I keep the pictures on some sort of vision board, whether it is a physical board or an electronic form of a vision board.

There is one particular person I have on my vision board that I not only wanted to meet but also wanted the opportunity to spend some time with, in a more intimate setting where I would have the freedom to ask him anything.

I also thought how exciting it would be to see his house. The person that I am referring to is Mr. John Assaraf.

John describes himself as an entrepreneur, researcher, and explorer of consciousness and human behavior.

He is also most noted for his appearance in the movie ‘The Secret’, where he talks about how he manifested the house of his dreams and didn’t even realize he was living in it.

This is the exact house I wanted to see for myself. Consistently every day, I would focus on the items on my vision board.

I would imagine myself talking with John and enjoying his company as we sat comfortably in his living room. I felt the enjoyment, the fun, the excitement in my body as I visualized this on a daily basis.

One day, when I was writing on my Facebook wall, I noticed an ad from I-Grasshopper. They were offering a course called Quantum Transformation for a really reasonable price.

I am not one for clicking on ads but I felt really drawn to click on the ad and so I did.

I did not know it at the time but the instructors of the course were actually friends with John Assaraf. I was so excited when I learned John would be a guest on one of the conference calls.

I even got to personally say hello to John on the call and have a brief interaction with him as he asked where I was calling in from. I was so thrilled!

I was even more excited when we were told that a small group of us were going to be given the opportunity to meet John at his house and spend the day with him.

And, you guessed it... What I focused on consistently with great positive emotion and faith was sent out to the Universe as an echo; the Universe returned to me as a physical manifestation of my desire.

I got to not only meet John Assaraf but also spend the day with him in an intimate setting which was located in the very house he spoke of in the movie, ‘The Secret’. Thoughts do create things!

Imagine your thoughts as if they were a person sitting in the driver’s seat of a car. Thoughts are what ‘drive’ you.

The emotions behind a thought represent the gas pedal. In other words, emotions are the accelerator. Consistently thinking about something would be your ‘focus’.

Your focus is your directional navigation. In other words what direction are you steering your thoughts?

Are you focused on what you desire or more so on what you lack? The greater the emotion is behind a thought, the faster the manifestation shows up in your reality.

If you want to know exactly what your emotionally charged consistent focus has been, observe your surroundings.

Notice what is in your reality. What have you observed? Are there things in your life right now that you do not want? Are there things you would like to change?

Are there things you have been struggling with for a very long time?

Please understand as you are noticing the things that you do not want, do not judge them or yourself.

Judging only places more focus on what you do not want and gives more energy flow to the things you do not want.

Take the stance that nothing is good or bad; it is just where you are right now based on a previous thought. The exciting news is a thought can be changed!

We are always in a continuous stream of creation. Everything in your life has been created from a thought from your past – a thought can be changed.

Thus it is possible in theory that you can change your past and create a new reality just by the simple act of ‘changing your mind’.

How To Get Over Your Frustration With The Law of Attraction

By Natalie Ledwell

HAVE you ever felt frustrated with the LOA? If your answer is yes, you're not alone.

Many people understand the basics of the LOA, but when it comes to actually applying the mechanics of it to manifest your desires, this can be a little trickier than some folks realize - and I've experienced this myself!
Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell

So to help you apply the LOA to see consistent results in your life, I'd like to share with you my 7 Steps to Applying the LOA:

1. Always start from what I call a "Happy Place". People often overlook this one. You must always make sure you're in a "feel good" positive vibration before you ever even think about setting an intention or goals, so that the goals you set will be infused with the same positive energy.

One way to immediately increase your vibration is to think of one thing that you're grateful for in your life right now, no matter how big or small. Do this and you'll be surprised how quickly your energy will shift towards the positive!

2. Set a clear intention to enlist the help of the Universe. Write down your intention and repeat it each day WITH CONVICTION so you signal the Universe that you're ready to receive the help and guidance you need to make your intention a reality.

3. Create a clear, measurable goal. Get clear on exactly what you want. If you want to make more money, exactly how much do you want to make? If you want to attract the relationship of your dreams, what qualities or characteristics does this person possess? Get clear on what you want so that the Universe will know what to send your way... and when you receive it, you'll be able to recognize it!

4. Create powerful affirmations that support your goals. Create affirmations that describe what life would be like once you achieve your goal. Ideally they should also detail the thoughts you'll be thinking and the actions you'll be taking to move closer to your goals. Keep them short and powerful, make sure you use positive, present tense language, and say them aloud daily for maximum results!

5. Visualize with emotion daily. Take even just a few minutes each day to visualize what it is you want to manifest. The most potent time of the day to do this is the last 5 minutes before falling asleep! Also, when you are visualizing, make sure you're really allowing yourself to fully feel all of the emotions you'll experience once you've manifested the object of your desire. This significantly multiplies your manifesting abilities!

6. Take consistent action, big or small, in the direction of your goals. The Universe rewards action! So each day, aim to take one action that will create some forward momentum towards what it is you want to achieve - and you'll be opening the door for the Universe to send even more light bulb ideas, "chance" meetings and other unexpected opportunities your way.

7. Expect wonderful! Once you've followed all of the 6 steps above, your final step is to expect the abundance of the Universe to flow in your direction. Keep your eyes open for the people, opportunities and resources the Universe will send into your path, and be ready to reach out and grab them when they do!

Breaking the Habit of "Being Yourself" with Dr Joe Dispenza

Posted by John Lee, with thanks to the Mind Movies team

'What the Bleep..?'' star Dr Joe Dispenza
HOW do we create the life we want? It's a question many have found vexing, especially those who've attempted to harness the power of the 'Law of Attraction', with varying results.

They've followed the formula, they've set sensible goals, they've created their affirmations and they've used them religiously. Yet the results they desire remain sadly elusive.

The logical reaction is to doubt the 'Law', which, after all, seems to have little basis in scientific fact. Or does it?

Well, biochemist and neuroscientist Dr Joe Dispenza - one of a number of eminent scientists featured in the movie, 'What the Bleep Do We Know!?' - certainly feels that it does.

And in this excellent video interview with Natalie Ledwell, he explains how our thoughts, feelings and emotions genuinely create our outer reality. Among the subjects he discusses are:

* Why your biology is a reflection of your mind and your consciousness

* The importance of clear intention and elevated emotion, and how this can literally alter the nature of matter

* The mind/body connection and how this can create a cycle of unhelpful habit

* Why 'positive thinking' about the future is useless if you don't first deal with past negativity

* Why it's vital that you break your past behaviors and thoughts, and step into 'the river of change'

Best of all, he explains exactly how you can turn your life around - permanently - and the huge satisfaction to be gained from doing so

It is fascinating stuff and a must for anyone who genuinely wants to make changes in their life.

The Top Five Things You Need To Know About the Secret of the Law of Attraction

By Dr R Anthony

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. This simply means that we have the power to attract and manifest whatever it is that our mind can conceive.

Dr Robert Anthony
If we keep on visualizing our hopes and dreams and empower ourselves with positive affirmations, we can attain what our hearts truly desire. This is the secret of the Law of Attraction.

1. You must take action to achieve your goals. Success is only possible if you allow yourself to be filled with passion and act on your visualization.

The secret of the Law of Attraction is to immerse yourself in positivity so that you can, in turn, take action towards a positive direction.

Visualizing your dreams in great detail is only the first step. You must let this image serve as your fuel and guide so that you can stay true to what would give you true happiness and success.

2. Take the time to listen to your heart and realize what it is that you truly desire. Write down your thoughts or try creating vision boards.

This will help you create a clear picture of what you want to achieve and also serve as a daily reminder of why you must ensure that the secret of the Law of Attraction is something that you apply in your daily life.

Bucket lists and vision boards can also help ensure that you stay focused and motivated. It can be the key that will unlock the power of your subconscious and accelerate your success!

3. Make sure to use positive affirmations and make it a habit. You must keep yourself motivated and focused on your goals. You can do this by reminding yourself daily of what it is that you truly want.

Read inspirational quotations or create a motivational mantra that you can say every day to fuel your passion and keep you on the right path.

4. Whatever your goal may be – be it your love life, your career, or your family life – you must ensure that your hopes and desires resonate to the Universe.

Have a clear picture of your goal in your mind and plan out the steps that will take you there.

Unlocking the secret of the Law of Attraction lies in your ability to not just believe in your dreams but also plan and take the right actions that will get you there.

5. There are a lot of people who question the secret of the Law of Attraction but more and more researchers discover scientific evidence supporting it. Scientists have recently uncovered ‘mirror neurons’.

Mirror neurons allow the brain to learn new skills by mirroring the actions we see. They also play a big role in helping us understand the actions of another individual.

There’s also some speculation as to how these mirror neurons are the basis of how we empathize.

This supports the Law of Attraction because it is by tapping the power of our mind skills that we can attract our dreams and achieve true success.

Dr. Robert Anthony can help you unlock the Secret of the Law of Attraction. Visit his site to learn more on how you can manifest your dreams! You can make a habit of living right and working towards achieving your dreams!
