Mastering Manifestation

By Chris Atley

I definitely believe what we give out we get back. If we give out a positive, happy vibe, we will get more back to feel positive and happy about in our lives.

If we give out a stressed-out, overwhelmed energy, we will get more back to feel stressed-out and overwhelmed about.

Have you 'Mastered Manifestation'?
From a law of attraction/vibration perspective – we put out an energy (positive or negative), and we therefore receive more opportunities that are either positive or negative (depending on what we put out).

I have found that with the law of attraction, it’s not so much that we attract more positive or negative circumstances/opportunities, etc., it’s that we see more positive or negative circumstances/opportunities, etc.

What we want is always there for us; we just don’t always see it because we’re operating at a lower more negative – as some say – vibration.

I prefer heavier. Picture a denser, thicker energy, as opposed to a lighter energy. Negative thoughts carry a heavy energy.

So what does this mean for business?

Well, say you have a financial goal you want to hit over the next 6 months.

The way to make it happen is already there for you and your vibration needs to match each next step so that you can see it.

Feelings of unworthiness or ‘not good enough’ will block you from seeing it.

It’s literally like turning on a light switch where you can suddenly see a world full of opportunities that are fun and exciting!

What’s interesting is a lot of my clients end up seeing opportunities to take them to the next level that were literally right there the entire time, but they didn’t feel good enough to notice them.

It’s such a great shift to witness.

I want to take this concept a step further though...

A lot of people get hung up on what they’re creating and why.

So for example, if something someone perceives as “bad” happening in their lives, they start to judge themselves and wonder why they're creating it. Why is that showing-up?

This is for the people who recognize they are responsible for everything showing up in their lives – good or bad – and who are working on taking control of their emotions and what they are in fact creating, so that they can create a life they love.

The revelation though, is that they’re not creating anything good or bad. It just is.

It’s us that assign a positive or negative value on things that happen. We’re taught through family, cultural and societal belief systems on what is right and wrong.

We have assigned the value and created the rules. Our belief systems then dictate our perception. Our perception creates our thoughts and therefore our feelings about people/circumstances/events.

So what we’re really projecting and getting back is the thought about something, not the actual circumstance.

Stuff is going to happen in life and business. It just will. So the whole “Mastering of the law of attraction” thing, is not about creating the “Perfectly positive” life.

Whatever that is anyway.

It’s about changing how we think and therefore feel about these situations.

If we’re feeling negative, the most “positive” event could occur and we would find everything wrong with it.

On the flip side, if we’re feeling positive, we can see the blessings and have gratitude instead for the exact same event.

The event didn’t change, we did. So it’s really not about what we’re creating, it’s about how we’re seeing it.

We have a choice with everything that shows-up – we can react or respond, with sometimes the best response being no response at all (which involves being secure and confident with who we are).

The more we “let go” of our attachment (rules and expectations), to these events/people/circumstances, the more we can neutralize our emotion.

We therefore give out peace and we see more and more peace around us regardless of what is happening in our environments. Even on the shittiest of days.

The truth being we can either respond with love and create feelings of expansion, or we can project fear and shrink into littleness.

This in turn will dictate if we see more love or more fear in our lives.

If we truly believe we are bigger then our circumstances – that there’s more to this world beyond what we can see, and that we truly are unlimited eternal beings – we can let go a heck of a lot easier and realize most of this stuff doesn’t matter at the end of the day

Namaste xo

The '123 of Manifestation'... and why you don't even need Number 3

By John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

AS anyone who's ever learned about the concept of manifestation, through the 'Law of Attraction', will know, it's a fairly simple, step-by-step process. At least in theory.

It may have been the hit movie, 'The Secret', a classic book such as Wallace D. Wattles', 'The Science of Getting Rich', or more recent publications like Joe Vitale's 'Attractor Factor'.

Author Ken Elliott, on 'The Inspiration Show'
Whatever your introduction, the steps are pretty much the same. Which they should be, given that the Law off Attraction is touted very much as a natural law, like any other.

So why is that so many people seem to have difficulty manifesting the 'life of their dreams', or even a slightly improved version of their current existence, given that it's apparently so straightforward?

Well, there are definitely a few answers in this refreshingly light and down-to-earth video interview, by Mind Movies' Natalie Ledwell with author Ken Elliott.

The hook is Ken’s new book, 'Manifesting 123... and you don’t need #3', but there’s no big sales pitch for the publication, which will doubtless come as a relief to some!

Instead, he talks frankly and passionately about manifestation - offering some very practical examples and advice along the way - and covers one or two familiar subjects in a slightly 'left field' way.

They include:

* Why there's really no need to stress about manifesting
* Why you don't even have to believe in the Law of Attraction
* The destructive power of fear and worry... and how to counteract it
* One emotion that can turbo-charge your results
* How the good and the bad may both be manifested

And, of course, he explains what #3 is and why we actually don't need it!

It's well worth a look, especially at just 13 minutes or so in length.

You Have Nothing To Worry About - Dr Robert Anthony

By John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

If you're at all familiar the writings of US-based personal development specialist Dr Robert Anthony, you'll know that he always imparts words of wisdom, clarity and practicality.

Manifestation, Conscious Creation and the Law of Attraction are areas of particular expertise for the man who's well-known for turning down the chance to appear in 'The Secret', in my view.

Dr Robert Anthony
Plus, he offers some wonderfully enlightening and encouraging advice on all aspects of the mundane - the kind of everyday issues we all encounter in life.

The passage below is certainly no different, which is why I felt I wanted to share it. I hope you enjoy it and find it beneficial.

"Life is here to serve you, not put obstacles in your way. Everything you desire will show up or not show up in response to your vibration.

And if something else shows itself to you that you prefer, life can give you that too. You're calling your own shots. The key is to feel good no matter what...

Tell the story the way you want it to be.

Sometimes we worry because what we want requires so much of our attention, or so much is happening in our lives that it is hard to hold a stable position. But you can. Just keep telling yourself:

'I am in charge here. I am in charge of my life. I am in charge of what comes. And more importantly, I am in charge of how I FEEL.'

When it comes to money, the reason most people want a lot of it is because of fear (which dams up the stream).

There is nothing wrong with having money, but the big mistake is asking for the security that comes from promises of others.

You want your security to come through your awareness of knowing how the laws of the universe
work.

You know how to focus on what you desire and you know how this focus will always bring you the good things in life, including money.

Don't try to see so far down the road. Don't demand that promises be made by others to give you the security you need.

This is the thing that makes the difference between someone who can stand in an attitude of belief and trust and someone who cannot.

You have a lot of evidence in your life that supports the power of your focus. Don't try to figure it all out at once. Just feel more appreciation for what you have already and more will come to you.

Here is one of my favorite affirmations. Use this every time you feel you need to know the outcome of any situation.

'I figure it out as I go. I don't need to know, I figure it out as I go'.

With that affirmation, say to yourself, 'The universe is yielding to me. Good things are lined up for me. All good things come to me.

'There is not a reason in the world for me to worry. When I worry it is nothing more than old patterns of thought that have nothing to do with my ability to create what I desire.

'I have nothing to worry about. Everything comes to me at the right time in the right way. I figure it out as I go. I don't need to know, I figure it out as I go'.

Today will bring you a new awareness, a lesson or a manifestation that you are making progress - IF YOU LOOK FOR IT! No matter how large or small, please record it in your Evidence Journal.

It will only take a few moments and will AUTOMATICALLY put you in the Flow.

Truly Caring for Your Success!
Dr. Robert Anthony"

Overcoming Anxiety, Fear and Panic - with John Assaraf

Posted by John Lee of YourBestYouEver.net

THINK of personal development luminaries like John Assaraf and it's easy to imagine they lead a pretty rarefied existence, full of joy, peace, calm and prosperity.

Overcome negative emotions with John Assaraf
After all, haven't they got all 'manifestation', 'abundance' and 'Law of Attraction' methodologies down pat?

Of course, he obviously experiences the same ups and downs, highs and lows, and positive and negative emotions as anyone else.

The difference, maybe, is how great teachers, such as John, deal with these events. And the video you can access below illustrates the point perfectly.

As the title suggests, it's all about overcoming any kind of negative emotion, of the sort that inevitably affect all of us from time to time.

In the video, the star of 'The Secret' recounts a personal situation where he, himself, suffered huge fear and panic.

Better still, he offers 4 quick, easy and highly-effective steps we can all take to get ourselves back on an even keel. It's only around six minutes long and well worth a look.

What Is Conscious Creation?

By Patricia A Craig

CONSCIOUS creation – also known as the Law of Attraction – is the belief that each of us creates our own reality.

These two metaphysical terms are defined similarly and are often interchanged with the scientific term, Quantum Physics.

The principles of Conscious Creation/Law of Attraction suggest that what you focus on consistently with great emotion and with the most dominant belief is actually what manifests in your life.

In simple terms, ‘Thoughts become things’.

Quantum physics is the branch of physics which provides us with the description of the dual particle-like and wave-like behavior and interaction of matter and energy.

In simpler terms, in comparison to the definition of Law of Attraction, thoughts are energy. The energy of our thoughts combines with emotion and dominant belief.

This combination affects what is attracted to us and determines what manifests into our lives. Our thoughts do create things. We are the creator of our lives.

What we need to keep in mind here is that everything is energy, including our thoughts. We also need to keep in mind that there is a huge mis-perception that anything with form is a solid mass.

If we were to put any physical item under a high-powered microscope and view it, we would see that, actually, the mass is not a solid at all. Solid form is an optical illusion.

What is really occurring is that atoms are vibrating and slamming into one another, creating the illusion of a solid mass.

To help you to understand the Law of Attraction theory a little better, I would like to use how an echo functions as an example.

We know that an echo imitates a sound or a wave and then returns the sound or wave back to its original source.

Your thoughts are energy. When you consistently focus your thoughts, they travel outward like an echo into the Quantum field of the Universe.

Once the Universe receives the wave of thought signal, it returns the signal back to its original source in the form of a physical manifestation.

If you are confused about what it is exactly I am saying to you, I will try to clear it up with a true story:

I always cut out and/or collect pictures of people, places, things or experiences I desire. I keep the pictures on some sort of vision board, whether it is a physical board or an electronic form of a vision board.

There is one particular person I have on my vision board that I not only wanted to meet but also wanted the opportunity to spend some time with, in a more intimate setting where I would have the freedom to ask him anything.

I also thought how exciting it would be to see his house. The person that I am referring to is Mr. John Assaraf.

John describes himself as an entrepreneur, researcher, and explorer of consciousness and human behavior.

He is also most noted for his appearance in the movie ‘The Secret’, where he talks about how he manifested the house of his dreams and didn’t even realize he was living in it.

This is the exact house I wanted to see for myself. Consistently every day, I would focus on the items on my vision board.

I would imagine myself talking with John and enjoying his company as we sat comfortably in his living room. I felt the enjoyment, the fun, the excitement in my body as I visualized this on a daily basis.

One day, when I was writing on my Facebook wall, I noticed an ad from I-Grasshopper. They were offering a course called Quantum Transformation for a really reasonable price.

I am not one for clicking on ads but I felt really drawn to click on the ad and so I did.

I did not know it at the time but the instructors of the course were actually friends with John Assaraf. I was so excited when I learned John would be a guest on one of the conference calls.

I even got to personally say hello to John on the call and have a brief interaction with him as he asked where I was calling in from. I was so thrilled!

I was even more excited when we were told that a small group of us were going to be given the opportunity to meet John at his house and spend the day with him.

And, you guessed it... What I focused on consistently with great positive emotion and faith was sent out to the Universe as an echo; the Universe returned to me as a physical manifestation of my desire.

I got to not only meet John Assaraf but also spend the day with him in an intimate setting which was located in the very house he spoke of in the movie, ‘The Secret’. Thoughts do create things!

Imagine your thoughts as if they were a person sitting in the driver’s seat of a car. Thoughts are what ‘drive’ you.

The emotions behind a thought represent the gas pedal. In other words, emotions are the accelerator. Consistently thinking about something would be your ‘focus’.

Your focus is your directional navigation. In other words what direction are you steering your thoughts?

Are you focused on what you desire or more so on what you lack? The greater the emotion is behind a thought, the faster the manifestation shows up in your reality.

If you want to know exactly what your emotionally charged consistent focus has been, observe your surroundings.

Notice what is in your reality. What have you observed? Are there things in your life right now that you do not want? Are there things you would like to change?

Are there things you have been struggling with for a very long time?

Please understand as you are noticing the things that you do not want, do not judge them or yourself.

Judging only places more focus on what you do not want and gives more energy flow to the things you do not want.

Take the stance that nothing is good or bad; it is just where you are right now based on a previous thought. The exciting news is a thought can be changed!

We are always in a continuous stream of creation. Everything in your life has been created from a thought from your past – a thought can be changed.

Thus it is possible in theory that you can change your past and create a new reality just by the simple act of ‘changing your mind’.

The 7 Universal Laws of Successful Manifestation

By John Lee

SO you’ve watched the movie, ‘The Secret’, perhaps many times over.

You’ve noted down the three-step formula outlined within it and have diligently put it into practice.

But nothing has really happened. Sadly, the marvellous dream you’d formulated in your mind for the life you truly desire seems as far away as ever.

The temptation, when this happens, is quite naturally to wonder whether the Law of Attraction really works or whether it works for some people but not others.
LOA expert Christy Whitman

If you’re really frustrated, you might well dismiss the entire concept as nothing but a bunch of ‘new-age hooey’! And who could blame you?

But maybe there’s still something in the back of your mind that keeps telling you there’s more to this ‘manifestation thing’ than you already know.

Well, you’d be absolutely right! The Law of Attraction - which is the central and dominant theme of ‘The Secret’ - is just one of 7 Universal Laws.

And they’re all explained in refreshingly simple and easy to understand ways in the excellent video you can access below, by a lady called Christy Whitman.

Now when you hear her back story, you’ll know she knows her stuff!

She was once $60,000 in debt, overweight, unhappy, unemployed and lurching from one disastrous relationship to another.

Fast forward to the present and she has a multi-million-dollar company, a loving husband and two amazing sons, and leads a life that couldn’t be more different.

How did she do it? Well, you’ll just have to click on the link below! And it will be well worth it, too!

Welcome to The Science of Stillness

By John Lee

Bring up the subject of ‘meditation’ and it’s probably fair to say that the image in most people’s mind will be of someone draped in robes, seated in the lotus position and silently contemplating their navel for hours on end.

Tom Cronin of 'The Science of Stillness'
The more enlightened, of course, know that this very limited new-age, quasi-religious, ‘hippy-dippy’ view of what is a wonderful ancient practice is completely out-dated. People from all walks of life – myself included – use mediation on an everyday basis.

Personally, I find it incredibly restful and rejuvenating, plus an excellent way to get really clear on what I want in my life and to actually begin the process of creation and manifestation – using an excellent programme from Dr Wayne Dyer, called ‘The Secrets to Manifesting Your Destiny’.

So when the video below dropped into my inbox, from the good folks at Mind Movies, I was intrigued by the title, to say the very least.

It features an Aussie guy, called Tom Cronin, who used to lead what was clearly a hectic and probably rather hedonistic existence in the world of city high finance and came to meditation as a way to combat the anxiety attacks, panic attacks and depression brought on by his hard-working and equally hard-partying lifestyle.

He tells his story, talks about finding meditation, the evolution of his ‘Science of Stillness’ programme and just some of the many benefits people have gained by using it for just 20 minutes a day. The Mind Movies team also provide a link to find out more details about Tom.

Take a look. It’s fascinating and very refreshing. And if you’ve ever been sceptical about meditation, prepare to be enlightened… Click on the link below.

Give Yourself an 'Attitude of Gratitude'

By John  Lee

If you study any of the leading lights, past and present, who teach concepts such as 'manifestation' and the 'Law of Attraction', you'll hear them speak about the importance of gratitude.

Adopting and holding onto an 'Attitude of Gratitude' is the perfect way to improve your mood, lift your emotions, raise your vibration and thereby attract more of what you truly desire into your life.

But it's not always easy when the pressures of everyday life demand your attention and get in the way. That was exactly what was happening to me when I received the video below.

It came to me in an email from Dr Robert Anthony - one of the people I respect most in the personal development world and creator of such excellent products as The Secret of Deliberate Creation.

So I opened it immediately... and discovered an absolutely beautiful six-minute movie by film-maker Louie Schwartzberg on precisely the subject of 'Gratitude'.

Featuring a spoken word and music montage by Gary Malkin and narration by Brother David Steindl-Rast, it's a truly uplifting movie and one that you'll want to both keep and share.

Please don't miss this and please do pass it on.

Just click on the link below, hit 'Full Screen' and enjoy.

Best wishes,

John

Mike Dooley on The Inspiration Show

By John Lee

I've been a big fan of Mike Dooley ever since I first saw him in the hit personal development movie, 'The Secret' - I think because he's so down-to-earth and 'non-Hollywood' in his approach.

So when I heard he was appearing with Natalie Ledwell on 'The Inspiration Show', courtesy of Mind Movies (of which I'm also a real convert!) I had to take a look.
Mike Dooley of 'The Secret'

And the interview certainly doesn't disappoint. He talks a little about his own background and how he came to be involved in 'personal development' and 'The Secret'.

There are also details of his 'Notes from the Universe' service (www.tut.com), which delivers inspirational messages to those who subscribe, and some practical advice on manifesting what you want in your life.

Click on the link below to go to the original video. You won't be disappointed!

The Power of Letting Go

If you’re one of those people who’s seen the much talked-about movie, ‘The Secret’ perhaps – like me – more times than you could actually admit without feeling a tad embarrassed, there are probably particular scenes, anecdotes and ideas that stick in your mind.
(Briefly, in case you’re unfamiliar with what might be described as the quintessential ‘self-help’ movie, its main focus is to outline and explain the Law Of Attraction, which essentially states that what you think and, more importantly, feel  about on a regular basis becomes your reality.)
Well, one of the stories that always resonates with me is that of Jack Canfield – one of the people behind the ‘Chicken Soup for The Soul’ series of books – who relates how he has brought wealth, a beautiful home and many wonderful experiences into his life using the Law Of Attraction.
His method, outlined very roughly here, involves deciding what he wants, believing he can have it, believing that he’s worthy of it and then spending a short period of time every day, eyes closed, imagining that he’s already achieved the goal, with real emotion and gratitude. Then he just carries on with his day.
Having tried this myself, I have to say – again probably like a lot of people – my results have been mixed and often less than satisfactory. Or at least that was the case until I really understood the Power of Letting Go, which Jack does include in his description, in the sense of simply carrying on with his day.
Emotional detachment, that’s the way
But the point was only hammered home to me after I’d studied certain written materials by a couple of his fellow Personal Development leading lights – Dr Robert Anthony and Dr Joe Vitale, who’s also a star of ‘The Secret’.
In his best-selling book ‘The Attractor Factor’, Joe outlines five steps to manifesting what you desire in your life. I won’t spoil the surprise here – go get the book as it’s a great read – suffice to say the final step involves ‘letting go,’ or becoming emotionally detached from what you’re trying to achieve.
Apparently, if you find yourself in desperate need of what you claim to be trying to manifest, your emotion is one of scarcity – in other words you’re focusing on the fact that you don’t have it, rather than the experience of already having achieved your goal. So you’re just pushing the desired outcome further away.
Of course, maintaining detachment is easier said than done, but it certainly works. A very simple example from own experience involves the retirement of a colleague and a party being organised on his behalf. As he was a long-standing member of the team, we wanted to invite staff who had long since left the business.
Gratitude and a positive vibration
One name that came up was that of ‘Rocket Ron’ – he was crazy about motorcycles, you see – and no-one had seen him for over a year. Efforts were made to get in contact with him via one or two telephone numbers. Someone even stopped by his last-known address to see if he was still there, but to no avail.
I had known Ron a little through the day-to-day activities of the newspaper where we worked at that time – me as a writer, Ron in the photographic department – and brought to mind both his face and some of the conversations we’d had, laughing to myself about some of the more comical exchanges.
Then I just carried on with my work, without giving the matter any further thought…. or ‘letting go’, if you will. After all, though it would be nice to have Ron at the farewell get together for one of our soon-to-be former colleagues, it wasn’t that big a deal and it seemed we could do nothing about it anyhow.
That evening, I stopped off at the supermarket on my way home – a massive retail outlet, not a small local store. And yes, you guessed it, as I was making my way down one of the aisles, there was the man himself and I was able to invite him to the party.
It’s the kind of experience we can all relate to. You think about someone you haven’t heard from in a long time and someone suddenly mentions their name to you or they call you out of the blue. Some would call it pure coincidence, yet the latest studies in Quantum Physics are suggesting that we all really do play a part in creating our own universe at an energetic level.
So how do you achieve and maintain the level of detachment needed for manifestation? I guess it just takes practice, though one way I’ve found of doing so is to simply feel grateful for something – anything – in my life, once I’ve focused on my goal. This takes my thoughts away from the desire, while keeping me in a positive frame of mind, or ‘vibration’, if you like.
Still, haven’t got it down to a fine art, but I’m getting there!
